IB Security Assistant and MTS Exam Pattern
During the Tier I exam, 1/4 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer, while no marks will be deducted for unanswered questions. The objective test assesses a candidate’s general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and logical/analytical ability. Moreover, the Tier II exam is qualifying in nature, meaning candidates must score a minimum of 20 marks to progress to the next stage. This exam consists of a descriptive paper in which candidates must write an essay on a given topic and a test of spoken ability, where candidates will be evaluated on their communication skills. And the final stage of the selection process is the Tier III exam, which is an interview/personality test. Candidates who pass all three stages will be considered for the position in IB.
