The CRPF Recruitment 2023 drive has opened 9212 vacancies for Constable posts, as announced by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). CRPF Recruitment 2023 Eligibility

To apply for CRPF Constable Recruitment 2023, candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria. Applications from candidates who fail to meet the eligibility requirements will not be accepted.

Educational Qualification for Constable Recruitment 2023:

• Candidates must have completed their high school (Class 10th) or equivalent exam from a board or university recognized by the Central or State Government.
• The CT/ Driver position requires a minimum of Matric or equivalent educational qualification from a recognized Board or university approved by the Central or State Govt.
• Additionally, candidates must hold a Heavy Transport Vehicle Driving License and pass a driving test during recruitment. For CT/ Mechanic Motor Vehicle, candidates must have a minimum of Matriculate or 10th Class pass in the 10+2 examination system from a recognized board or equivalent.
• They should also possess a 2-year Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle from the National or State Council for Vocational training or any other recognized institution and one year of practical experience in the related trade.
• Alternatively, they may have a National or State apprenticeship certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle trade of three-year duration from a recognized institution and one-year practical experience in the concerned Trade.
• For Pioneer Wing’s CT (Mason/ Plumber/ Electrician), candidates must have Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.

CRPF Constable Age Limit

To apply for all posts except the drive posts, candidates should be between 18 to 23 years old as of 1st August 2023 (should not be born before 2nd August 2000 and later than0 August 2005). The age range for driver posts is 21 to 27 years, and candidates planning to apply for drive posts must not have been born before 2nd August 1996 and after 1st August 2023.

CRPF Constable Application Fees 2023

The application process for CRPF Recruitment 2023 requires the candidates to submit the application form along with the requisite fees, which is clearly stated in the notification. The CRPF Constable 2023 Examination fee for male candidates belonging to the General, EWS, and OBC categories is Rs 100/-. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST, Female (all categories) candidates & Ex-servicemen are exempted from paying the fee. CRPF Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The candidates eligible for Constable (Technical and Tradesman) posts through CRPF Recruitment 2023 will be selected through the following stages:

• Online Written Exam (CBT)
• Physical Standards Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Trade Test
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination
• Candidates have to qualify in each stage for their final selection.
• Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT): There will be only one Paper in the online examination containing 100 questions each carrying 1 mark of 120 minutes duration.
• Candidates scoring below mentioned minimum passing marks in the CBT exam will be considered eligible for shortlisting to the next stage of the recruitment process:
• For CT (Technical/ Tradesmen): The UR candidates are 30% and the EWS/ OBC candidates are 25%. All other categories are 20%
• For CT (Pioneer Wing): The UR candidates are 35%and the SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS candidates are 33%.
• Male and female candidates who qualify in CBT will be shortlisted State/UT-wise and category-wise on the basis of their merit in the CBT for appearing in the next stage of the recruitment process.
• The number of candidates shortlisted for the PST/PET will be approximately 8 times the number of vacancies of their merit in the CBT.
• Stage 2: Physical Standards Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET): The candidate is screened for physical standards test (PST) i.e. height, chest, and weight measurements. The candidates who do not fulfill the laid down physical standard will be eliminated.
• The number of candidates to be shortlisted for the Trade test, Document Verification and DME/RME will be approximately 2 or 3 times the number of vacancies.
• Stage 3: Trade Test: Candidates qualifying for the PST and PET will be called for the next stage of recruitment i.e. Trade Test. A typing test for Constable posts.
• Stage 4: Document Verification: Eligible candidates will be called for a Document Verification.
• Stage 5: Medical Examination: Eligible candidates will be called for a Medical examination. Candidates will be declared either FIT or UNFIT.
