SEBI Grade A Exam Pattern
The selection process for the SEBI Grade A post will consist of two online examinations and an interview round. Phase-1 will be a screening test, and the marks obtained in this stage will not be considered for the final selection. The final merit list for the SEBI Grade A post will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the mains and interview rounds. The SEBI Grade A Examination will consist of two online papers, and the SEBI Grade A Exam Pattern for the same is as follows:
SEBI Grade A Phase 1 Exam Pattern
The online examination comprises two papers, each carrying 100 marks. Paper 1 will be a common paper for all streams and will have a duration of 60 minutes (1 hour). Paper 2 will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions and will be divided into sections, with each section having a duration of 40 minutes. In order to clear the exam, the students need to obtain an aggregate cut-off of 40%. However, it is important to note that there will be a negative marking of ¼th mark for both Paper 1 & 2.

The online examination will consist of two papers, each carrying 100 marks. Paper-1 will be descriptive in nature and will have a duration of 60 minutes (1 hour). On the other hand, Paper-2 will be in the form of Multiple-Choice Questions and will be divided into sections with each section having a duration of 40 minutes. In order to clear the exam, the students need to score an aggregate cut-off of 50%. However, it is important to note that in Phase II, there will be a negative marking of 1/4th of the marks assigned to the question for Paper-2.
